  • Currently I am only meeting with clients via telehealth.

  • I am an 'out-of-network' provider. My services are often partially covered by health insurance. I encourage you to call your provider and inquire about your individual mental health therapy coverage. I will happily provide reimbursement documentation, known as a superbill.

  • I have a limited number of sliding scale slots available. Please let me know if the fees are barriers to connecting and pursuing services or and I will do my best to accommodate.

  • I work with individuals and couples age 18 and above. I will work with younger ages, 13-17, on a case by case basis due to being solely telehealth.

  • I provide a free 20 minute consultation via phone to determine if we would be a good fit to move forward with services.
